Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.

Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 4-6 business days depending on your location.

Please note, remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
📫 Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be shared via email and whatsapp as soon as your order ships.

You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking ID.
⚠ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is stolen, reach out to our team immediately at care@luxenbourg.com

For damaged items, please share supporting images or videos for assessment. If validated, we’ll issue a replacement (based on availability) once the damaged product is returned.

In rare cases where your pin code is non-serviceable by our delivery partners, we’ll ship via India Speed Post (prepaid only).

Cash-on-delivery is not available in non-serviceable zones.

If you’d like to exchange due to size issues:

A replacement will be arranged after product return.

A nominal ₹200/- fee per item applies to cover reverse logistics and handling.

LUXENBOURG is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us, the customer must pay a ₹200/- re-shipping fee per item for re-dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for receiving orders within the courier’s set attempt limits. If a delivery fails, the customer will need to bear the ₹200/- re-shipping fee per item.
