WHY WE MADE THIS? +
The Friar was created as an extension of the Luxenbourg identity — taking the Templar symbol beyond a graphic and turning it into a physical part of the garment.
We wanted to build a piece that feels strong, protective, and slightly unconventional. The knight-inspired hood, heavyweight cotton construction, metal detailing, and oversized proportions come together to create a garment that feels rooted in armor while remaining distinctly contemporary.
This is our interpretation of what a modern-day friar might wear — built for the streets rather than the battlefield.
